Policies

ON SHIPPING: We're shipping orders from Monday - Friday; ex. if an order is placed on Saturday, it will take two days until Monday when we send it out for shipping.
Product shipping is divided into two categories: Stamped envelopes for flat, printed material (stickers, prints, etc.), and for all else, package shipping. The former does not have order tracking, but the latter does. If tracking is needed for envelope shipping, please send us a message before ordering, but please note that it comes at a significantly higher price.

Due to the high international rates, we recommend making shared orders in order to make up for the shipping cost.

ON INVENTORY: We have packaging, manufacturing and/or derivative works limitations for quantity, so unless it is a shared order (ex. for friends), please refrain from bulk orders. 

ON RETURN/REFUND: No returns or refunds will be made, all sales are final. The only quasi-exception to this is if your package is lost in the mail, or if there are significant damages to item quality. In these cases, please send receipts and evidence to rougesquarehaus @gmail.com, and we will try to make up for losses.

ON REQUESTS: You can leave a note in checkout if you want to request a message or doodle in your package/envelope!!! Any character from any media is fine :)

Our story

The Red Square House is a dimension-traveling player piano discovered and maintained by Miss Bluegold "Gloria". Although still run on rusted winders, Gloria has done exceptional work on improving the performance of the RSQH and expanding it into what we see now: a cozy space complete with music, bread, and coffee.
We are elated that you have graced us with a visit. On the lefthand side is the bread oven, freshly baked for you with a simple turn on the winder. Need something eye-opening? Try the House Coffee: brewed with only the finest black keys, sure to be to your liking. Remember, the RSQH won't stay in this plane forever; enjoy your time here while it lasts. And... please, leave a tip on the counter if you can.
